Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of postcrow.app(the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept them. If you don't agree, don't use Postcrow.

1. The Service

Postcrow is a tool that lets you compose, schedule, publish, and analyze posts across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok) from a single dashboard, with optional AI-assisted caption generation via the Anthropic Claude API.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 16 years old.
  • You provide accurate information when registering.
  • You keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • One person, one account. You may operate multiple projects within one account.
  • You notify us at once if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to use Postcrow to:

  • Post illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, hateful, harassing, or sexually explicit content involving minors.
  • Impersonate another person or organization.
  • Violate the terms of any connected social platform (Meta, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest, Google/YouTube, TikTok).
  • Engage in spam, mass scheduling for fake engagement, or coordinated inauthentic behavior.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the Service.
  • Use the Service to send malware or unsolicited bulk content.

You remain solely responsible for the content you publish. Postcrow is a publishing tool — we do not endorse what you post.

4. Connected platforms

When you connect a social account (via OAuth), you authorize Postcrow to publish on your behalf. Each platform has its own terms; you remain bound by them. We are not responsible for actions taken by the platforms (post removal, account suspension, rate limits, etc.).

5. AI-generated content

Captions generated by the AI assistant are produced by the Anthropic Claude API. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before publishing. Postcrow makes no guarantee that AI output is factually correct, original, or appropriate for your audience.

6. Subscriptions and billing

  • Free plan: 1 project, 1 account per platform, limited monthly volume. Free forever, no card required.
  • Paid plans (Pro, Agency): billed monthly via Stripe in EUR, auto-renewing until cancelled.
  • You can cancel anytime from the Settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial months.
  • We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions keep their price for the current billing period.
  • VAT is included where applicable.

7. Your content

You retain all rights to the content you compose and publish through Postcrow. You grant Postcrow a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, store, and transmit your content solely to operate the Service (publishing to the platforms you select, displaying it back to you in our UI, and computing analytics from public platform metrics).

8. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service is provided "as is". Specifically, we do not guarantee:

  • That any individual post will reach its target platform (third-party APIs can fail).
  • That analytics from a platform will be available or up to date.
  • That every feature works on every browser or device.

9. Termination

You can delete your account anytime from Settings. Your data will be deleted within 30 days (see Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, with notice when possible.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Postcrow's total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data, except where excluded by mandatory consumer protection law.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced at least 14 days in advance by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of France, except where mandatory consumer protection rules of your country apply.
